How do I determine the server's configuration for various applications?
This question is not as simple as it may appear. The method depends a great deal on what
application you want information on. For a number of applications
PHPinfo provides a
detailed information. We also provide a list of
installed Perl modules.
The Reference page
provides links to resources such as manuals and message boards. They will generally
provide information on how to determine an application's configuration. Often there
is a shell command that can be used or the configuration file can be examined.
