What is bandwidth? It is the amount of data that gets transfered to and from your account. For most clients the vast majority of their bandwidth ussage comes from people accessing thier web site and downloading files. However, bandwidth is also used when you sFTP files to and from your account and downloading mail.

All hosting accounts come with an allotment of bandwidth. However, if you need more we are happy to provide that to you. If you over your little you will be invoiced for any fraction of a Gigabyte used above that allotment. If your site is going to be consistently using more then the standard allotment.
